Cherry Tree Inn and Suites in Traverse City, MI is seeking a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial success in line with brand standards.

You will lead a team, develop budgets, optimize revenue, collaborate with sales, and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance. This on-site role requires strategic leadership and hands-on management in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience leading a hotel with strong financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to hotel staff and department heads.
