Peachtree Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will guide multiple departments, uphold service standards, and drive profitability across rooms and F&B while maintaining brand integrity.

You will recruit, train, and mentor teams, manage payroll and hotel accounting duties, and participate in community engagements. This role offers quarterly bonuses, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GM experience in hotels; leads multiple departments to drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and guest service focus.
• Able to learn and adapt to hotel systems.
• CHA/CHRM/CHSP certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning across departments.
• Manage monthly P&L and budgets with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) for profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor staff.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and hotel accounting duties.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and events.
