Peachtree Group Hospitality is seeking an Area General Manager to lead hotel operations with empathy, strategic thinking, and focus on financial performance. You will guide departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the brand's standards across properties.

The role emphasizes team development, recruitment, and active participation in revenue planning and community engagement, within a supportive service culture.

Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience and/or 3+ years hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership experience within major brands.
• Ability to defuse distressed associates and guests to achieve the best outcome.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications (CHA, CHRM, CHSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets and analyze monthly P&L with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues (room, F&B) to maximize profitability across the hotel.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team and retain top talent.
• Attend revenue meetings with regional revenue team and report as required.
• Participate in community activities and represent the company publicly.
