Job summary

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Hotel General Manager who will model our mission of Genuine Hospitality. You will lead operations, manage budgets, and represent the company in the community to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop staff, ensure brand standards are met, and oversee safety, maintenance, and daily operations to deliver outstanding service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree, 2-year hospitality degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting and finance principles.
• Strong math skills and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate property following brand standards and manage budget costs.
• Engage with guests and staff in a courteous, professional manner.
• Complete required training and certifications promptly.
• Oversee staffing, payroll, and purchase orders for cost control and revenue management.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage performance of team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and group bookings for events.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; work with revenue managers to meet KPIs.
