The Luxury Collection in Scottsdale is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee comprehensive property operations, including front office, retail/gift shops, recreation, housekeeping, security, engineering, and food & beverage where applicable. You will work with the executive team to implement brand service strategy and drive revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction and ROI.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Managing Profitability and Departmental Budgets: drive guest satisfaction and financial results while maintaining departmental budgets.
• Managing Property Operations: ensure brand service strategy and operational efficiency.
• Leading Property Operations Teams: establish vision for product and service delivery and align leadership.
• Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities: hire, evaluate, and develop leadership to meet business needs.
