Job summary

The General Manager (GM) leads all daily hotel operations, driving sales, maximizing revenue, and GOP performance against budget and peers. The GM partners with the Area Manager, Regional Director of Sales and Revenue Manager to implement selling strategies and pricing at the property level.

On-site leadership includes staffing, guest service, safety, and compliance. You will train and coach the team, manage payroll and time records, and ensure top-notch guest experiences while meeting company

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience.
• Experience in hospitality, service, restaurants, or retail is desirable.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Familiar with employment laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operations within budget and business plan.
• Lead property-level sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee staffing, guest service, maintenance, safety and compliance.
