Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a Dual Accounting Manager for Hotel Centro Sonoma and The Knoll in Napa Valley. The role oversees all on-site accounting functions, ensures timely financial reporting, and aligns with ownership expectations. Responsibilities include AR/AP, payroll, tax filings, audits, and cost-control initiatives.

The position requires 2+ years of accounting experience in hospitality, strong Excel skills, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. On-site work at The Knoll Napa Valley.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting experience required.
• Hospitality/property accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all onsite accounting functions and act as liaison for corporate requests.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of finance functions: daily/monthly reporting, payroll, AP/AR, cash handling.
• Prepare and file tax and license information; cooperate with auditors and implement recommendations.
• Develop cost and expense control systems to meet budgeted operating results.
• Maintain logs, ensure compliance with policies, laws, and internal controls.
• Prepare end-of-period reports and monthly financial packages for ownership groups.
• Review and manage guest ledger, billing, and credit card transactions; resolve discrepancies.
