Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations, drive sales and profitability, and uphold brand standards and guest experiences. You will guide the team, shape service culture, and strengthen the hotel’s presence in the local market.

The role requires 5–10 years of hotel management experience, a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration, and fluent English. Other languages are a plus, and you’ll work on-site in Washington, DC.
