Job summary

H.House Hotels in Duluth, GA is seeking a hands-on General Manager who leads by example and drives hotel performance. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, and Sales, while delivering outstanding guest experiences and strong associate engagement.

You will own revenue, expenses, GOP, and drive RevPAR growth by leveraging data, competitive analysis, and collaboration with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize market share in Gwinnett County.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience in a General Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, P&L management, labor productivity and revenue management.
• Experience coaching and developing hotel associates and department managers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Breakfast, Sales).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, safety, and property condition.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and operating procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements.
• Own the hotel's total revenue, operating expenses, and GOP.
• Achieve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability targets.
• Analyze market performance and revenue trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize market share.
• Manage labor, purchasing, budgets, and other controllable costs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain top hospitality talent.
• Lead by example with professionalism, urgency and integrity.
