Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Duluth, GA is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team across guest rooms and public spaces. You will oversee scheduling, training, inspections, and inventory management to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hotel Housekeeping Manager, preferably in a full-service hotel or across multiple properties.
• Strong leadership with ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop a team.
• Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards and improve guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing staffing, labor costs, inventories, and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure room readiness.
• Experience supporting renovations or brand transitions is valuable.
• Willingness to grow with the property and develop the team.
