LBA Hospitality is hiring a General Manager for Homewood Suites Greensboro Wendover. The GM will oversee all four major hotel operations and ensure Hilton standards are met for guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, staffing, and customer service skills, with a compensation range of $70,000–$75,000 annually plus benefits and bonus opportunities.

Competenze

• BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Five years’ experience supervising at least 15 associates.
• Three years’ experience in hotel management including budgets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in Hilton or Marriott family of hotels preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food and Beverage.
• Ensure budget adherence and brand standards to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Staffing coordination, training, coaching, and development.
• Resolve guest concerns escalated from frontline staff.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and corporate policies.
