Atira Hotels is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Sheraton West Des Moines operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver strong financial results. The GM will oversee all departments, uphold brand standards, and foster a collaborative, service‑driven culture.

This full‑time on-site role requires strategic planning, budget discipline, staff development, and a hands‑on leadership style to ensure safe, welcoming experiences for guests and employees alike.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant hotel leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage hotel operations, budgets, and P&L.
• Experience leading diverse teams and employee development.

Responsabilidades
