The GM will manage budgets, ensure compliance with brand standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve performance goals and guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Choice and Choice Advantage.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (revenue, payroll, expenses).
• Oversee adherence to policies, confidentiality, and guidelines.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets with DOO and accounting teams.
• Analyze P&L and drive impactful strategies.
• Lead weekly revenue management and review STR reports.
