This role requires strong leadership, English fluency, budgeting expertise, and a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, optimize revenue, and foster a supportive, high‑performing onsite team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hotel Manager or similar role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel management practices and relevant laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; PMS experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance with clear objectives.
• Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and monitor sales and profits.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
• Engage with customers to welcome them, address complaints, and provide information.
• Handle maintenance issues, staff shortages, and oversee renovations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to enforce health and safety standards.
