Candlewood Suites in Bloomington, IN seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold service standards, and drive profitability across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, English fluency, budgeting expertise, and a hands-on approach to guest satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, optimize revenue, and foster a supportive, high‑performing onsite team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Hotel Manager or similar role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel management practices and relevant laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; PMS experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and business acumen.
