Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, seeks a General Manager for our Homewood Suites by Hilton in Pensacola,FL. The role leads an upcoming extended-stay hotel opening in early winter 2027, located downtown Pensacola near the bay.

The ideal candidate will drive profitability, build and train high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest service while leveraging Hilton operating systems. A proven GM track record in extended-stay hotels is required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven GM experience of extended-stay hotels.
• Strong ability to develop people and teams.
• Track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and financial results.
• Experience with Hilton operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitable hotel operations while maintaining guest satisfaction.
