Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, seeks a General Manager for the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Pensacola, a premier property opening soon near Pensacola Bay.

Ideal candidates have at least two years as a General Manager of an extended-stay hotel and are proficient with Hilton operating systems. You will lead pre-opening readiness, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager of an extended-stay hotel.
• Proficient with Hilton operating systems.
• Ability to lead profitable hotel operations while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Experience opening new hotels or leading major transitions.
• Strong team building and retention skills.
• Focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.
