Job summary

Providence Hospitality Partners is seeking a General Manager for the Best Western Plus Bellingham location to direct hotel operations, optimize efficiency, control costs, and maximize profitability while upholding the highest standards of guest service.

The GM will oversee all departments, foster a cohesive team, drive revenue growth, manage budgets and staffing, and build strong relationships with guests, associates, and local partners to sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• One to two years of General Manager experience at a hotel is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement organization policies and goals.
• Coordinate department activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Direct promotion of hotel services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Analyze budgets and allocate operating funds.
