Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience or 3+ years in rooms/operations/sales leadership at major brands.
• Ability to defuse distressed associates and guests for best outcomes.
• Willingness to learn systems technology and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues to maximize profitability across the hotel.
• Lead training, development, coaching and mentorship of the team.
• Recruit top talent and participate in weekly revenue meetings.
