Qualifikationen

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience and/or 3+ years hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership within major brands.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B, etc.) to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach and mentor a high-performing hotel team.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings with the regional revenue team.
• Manage hotel-specific accounting duties including payroll with timeliness and accuracy.
• Represent the company in the local community and external activities.
