Peachtree Group Hospitality seeks a General Manager for a premier property in Destin, FL to lead all hotel departments, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the regional revenue team, steer strategic planning, budgeting, and staff development while maintaining a guest-first service culture. The role offers bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience or 3+ years in hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership within major brands.
• Ability to defuse distressed associates and guests for optimal outcomes.
• Ability to learn systems technology.
• Professional comportment and presentation.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications such as CHA/CHRM/CHSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues to maximize profitability across the hotel.
• Train and develop staff; coach, counsel and mentor.
• Recruit top talent and foster retention.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings with regional revenue team.
• Report as required by company and brand.
• Engage with the local community through volunteer work.
• Manage hotel-specific accounting including payroll.
