Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rock Hill SC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all hotel operations, driving revenue, profits and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, knowledge of hospitality operations, and a commitment to professional conduct and reliability. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure service excellence across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervising six associates at a branded hotel
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least five years’ experience in the hotel industry is preferred
• Experience in accounting is preferred
• Must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license from the applicable state
• Knowledge in Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall success of the hotel, meeting revenue, profit, guest satisfaction and quality targets
• Lead staff to deliver superior guest service and maintain brand standards
• Ensure alignment with hotel mission, values and culture
• Manage all hotel operations within Franchise Standards
• Maintain safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Communicate and document using internal systems and reports
