Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Full Property Oversight: Assume complete operational responsibility for the hotel, ensuring all aspects run efficiently from maintenance to guest services.
• Drive Financial Results: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets including P&L management and budget control.
• Lead & Coach the Team: Manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the entire hotel staff; supervise weekly schedules and performance management.
• Quality & Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and daily inspection of all vacant rooms.
• Corporate Alignment: Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to align with company goals and strategies.
