Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust plans with department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training per Highgate standards.
• Meet financial review dates and corporate programs on time.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews with managers and supervisors.
• Oversee budget processes and ensure adherence to procurement and accounting procedures.
• Develop managers for advancement through training programs.
