Responsibilities include overseeing operations, budgets, and marketing efforts to increase occupancy. A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills is essential for success in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel management.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&Ls.
• Track record leading sales and marketing initiatives to improve occupancy.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures and safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, decisive leadership with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 6-12 person team with hands-on guidance.
• Maintain high guest service standards and promptly address guest concerns.
• Oversee operations, brand compliance, deadlines, and financials (P&L, labor, occupancy).
• Drive local sales and marketing activities to boost occupancy.
• Support housekeeping and daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Know and enforce property emergency procedures and safety measures.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
