You will drive financial performance, revenue management, and guest satisfaction while guiding department heads across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, Sales, and F&B.

The role demands 3–4 years of hotel management experience, hands-on F&B and banquet expertise, solid P&L accountability, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

• Directly supervise Food & Beverage operations, maximizing profitability and maintaining quality in restaurant and banquet facilities.
• Ensure adherence to brand and franchise standards through quality control inspections and guest satisfaction monitoring.
• Champion recruitment, onboarding, ongoing professional development, and employee retention efforts to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Schedule and oversee the Manager on Duty (MOD) program and conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all business unit operations, ensuring optimal financial performance, revenue management, cash handling, accounts payable/receivable, and annual budget planning.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, Sales, and Food & Beverage.
• Directly supervise full-service Food & Beverage operations, maximizing profitability and maintaining quality standards across restaurant and banquet facilities.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand and franchise standards through regular quality control inspections, guest satisfaction monitoring, and prompt resolution of guest cases.
• Champion recruitment, onboarding, ongoing professional development, and employee retention efforts to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Schedule and oversee the Manager on Duty (MOD) program while conducting routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior grounds.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics in the regional market to optimize property positioning and revenue opportunities.

Position Requirements

• 3-4 years of full-service hotel management experience.

• Proven track record in P&L accountability, financial modeling, budgeting, and driving profitability.

Compensation:$100,000 to $110,000 per year base salary (commensurate with experience) + quarterly performance bonus, health benefits, PTO and more!
