Horizon Hospitality in Wichita, KS invites an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead operations of a premier full-service property. You will drive financial performance, revenue management, and guest satisfaction while guiding department heads across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, Sales, and F&B.

The role demands 3–4 years of hotel management experience, hands-on F&B and banquet expertise, solid P&L accountability, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of full-service hotel management experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Food & Beverage and banquet management.
• Proven track record in P&L accountability, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership and staff development to maintain high team morale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all business unit operations, ensuring optimal financial performance and annual budget planning.
• Provide strategic leadership to department heads across Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, Sales, and Food & Beverage.
• Directly supervise Food & Beverage operations, maximizing profitability and maintaining quality in restaurant and banquet facilities.
• Ensure adherence to brand and franchise standards through quality control inspections and guest satisfaction monitoring.
• Champion recruitment, onboarding, ongoing professional development, and employee retention efforts to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Schedule and oversee the Manager on Duty (MOD) program and conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
