Are you a passionate hospitality leader ready to drive results, inspire a team, and lead with purpose? We’re looking for a seasoned General Manager to take the helm at our Fairfield Inn & Suites in Collierville, TN, a well-positioned property in one of the area’s fastest-growing suburban markets.

About the Role:

As General Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel—responsible for overall operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. You’ll work closely with our corporate team to ensure the hotel delivers strong results and upholds the standards of the Fairfield brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Drive financial results by actively managing revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with a strong culture of accountability and engagement.
• Ensure guest satisfaction scores meet or exceed brand expectations.
• Oversee sales and marketing efforts in partnership with corporate support.
• Manage capital planning, property upkeep, and brand compliance.
• Communicate proactively with ownership and corporate support teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hotel general manager experience (select-service experience preferred).
• Proven track record of improving service scores and financial performance.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with Marriott systems (e.g., MARSHA, FOSSE, GXP) a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
