About the Role

As the General Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to deliver a profitable store business plan. You ensure your store achieves all key metrics and is meeting or exceeding goals. You are the link between the brand vision and how it comes to life in your store. You drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development. As the General Manager, you will teach and coach behaviors to your store team that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  1. Analyze results, identify opportunities, and make decisions in collaboration with the leadership team to drive key performance indicators.
  2. Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
  3. Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
  4. Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing people.
  5. Be accountable for team performance through coaching and feedback.
  6. Teach and train to build capabilities.
  7. Lead the implementation and execution of all Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
  8. Create an inclusive environment.
  9. Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
  10. Perform Service Leader duties.
  11. Represent the brand and understand the competitors.
  12. Promote community involvement.
  13. Leverage OMNI to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
  14. Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Who You Are

  1. 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
  2. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
  5. Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; work around and with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
  6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Ability to travel as required.
  8. Business acumen skills.
  9. Established time management skills.
  10. Strong planning and prioritization skills.
