POSH on Kirkwood, a luxury boutique hotel opening in downtown Bloomington, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all operations and set the standard for guest service and financial performance.

You will drive revenue growth through smart rate management, oversee rooms and F&B, build and mentor a high-performing team, and cultivate strong relationships with ownership and the local community to ensure exceptional guest experiences and lasting success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, boutique or independent hotel background preferred.
• Proven success in both rooms and F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, sales, and marketing fundamentals.
• Energetic leadership style with exceptional communication and team-building skills.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.

operations at our newly opened, design-forward luxury boutique hotel in downtown Bloomington.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on leader who excels at building teams, driving

performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

As the property's operational leader, the General Manager will oversee the guest journey, operational excellence, and financial results - bringing energy, precision, and creativity to every detail.
