Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking an energetic Operations Manager / Front Office Manager for the Hampton Inn Lexington/Georgetown to lead daily front desk operations, guest services, and departmental workflows.

In this role you will mentor the team, manage labor and inventory with the General Manager, ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction, and drive smooth, efficient hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in hotel guest service/operations.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, guest registrations, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast to ensure room readiness and smooth workflows.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members, fostering a positive, high-morale work culture.
• Proactively resolve guest feedback and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction and cleanliness scores.
• Assist the General Manager with labor budget management, inventory control, and vendor invoice tracking.
• Ensure adherence to Hilton QA standards, safety protocols, and audit requirements.
