The NoMo Soho Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is looking for its next Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to corporate policies while achieving financial goals.

You will oversee training and coaching, coordinate with other departments, and resolve guest issues, applying your strong communication and leadership skills to deliver exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• Front Office Manager experience in a hotel (unionized environment) required.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
