Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Finance for NoMo SoHo in New York City. You will drive profitability through accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and regulatory compliance, partnering with the General Manager and leadership team.

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial strategy while developing talent and ensuring operational excellence across all hotel functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; strong financial leadership required.
• Experience building forecasts, budgets, and cash-flow processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as Chief Business Officer to GM and EC Team for financial impact of decisions.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and internal controls; monitor variances and improvements.
• Coordinate forecasts and budgets with EC Team and department managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory licenses, permits, contracts and taxes.
