Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC operates Red Roof Inn locations and invites applications for a Part-Time Front Desk GSR in Rockville. You will welcome guests, check in/out, handle requests, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, reliability, and strong communication. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a 3pm–11pm shift, in-person location at Rockville.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed-oriented
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with check-in/out, wake up calls, and guest concerns.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Works with management and team to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use front desk system to complete transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room availability.

Location: Red Roof Plus+ Washington DC- Rockville
Starting Pay: Up to $18.55/ hour based on experience.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.

Shift Availability

We are looking for individual that can work the following shift:

• Part Time Second Shift 3pm-11pm

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed- oriented
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

What does a day as a Front Desk Representative look like?

• Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
