Job summary

RRI West is seeking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our West Springfield team. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment for guests and work with a dedicated team. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO after 60 days, and 401(k) with employer match. Join us to contribute to outstanding guest experiences across Red Roof locations.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with housekeeping-related requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and ensure rooms are guest ready and meet quality standards.
• Communicate room concerns, maintenance issues, and lost-and-found items to the Front Desk promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Location: Red Roof Plus West Springfield

Starting Pay: $17.00/ hour depending on experience.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Housekeepers to join our team at the West Springfield location. In this role, you will help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests while working alongside a dedicated team. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment
