Job summary

RRI West is seeking a Full Time Front Desk GSR for the Salem location. The role involves greeting guests, handling check-in/out, and addressing guest requests to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, strong communication, and reliability. Weekend and holiday work is required. Sign-on bonuses and benefits are offered as part of our competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and guest concerns.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel management and team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Use front desk computer system to process transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room availability and guest needs.

Position: Full Time Front Desk GSR -Second Shift 3pm-11pm

Starting Pay: Up to $18.00/hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $500.00 Sign-On Bonus

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

This is paid out in three instalments:

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment

Sign-on bonus payments are subject to the company’s eligibility and employment requirements.

We are looking for individuals that can work the following shifts:

• Second Shift- 3pm to 11pm – 5 days per week for 40 hours

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed- oriented
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

What does a day as a Front Desk GSR look like?

• Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
