Job summary

ARK in Wichita is seeking a night auditor who can balance financial records, process reservations, and provide exceptional guest service throughout an overnight shift.

The role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with accounting or reservation software, and a commitment to accuracy. A flexible overnight schedule and prior hospitality experience are valued but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible overnight hours are required.
• Computer proficiency with experience in accounting or reservation software preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Front desk duties, guest services, night auditor or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
