Candlewood Suites Billings West is seeking a hotel front desk manager to lead our team and manage the reception area. Qualifications

• At least 2 years in front office management or front desk roles.
• Proficient bookkeeping including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at the front desk and ensure guests have an exceptional stay.
• Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager.
• Communicate with guests in person and by phone; answer questions and handle complaints.
• Adhere to the front desk budget and place orders for office supplies as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge and front desk agents, ensuring excellent guest service and policy adherence.
