The Monsaraz San Diego is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee guest services staff, greet guests, and ensure professional service at the front desk. You will participate in daily operations, assist with billing and reservations, and coordinate with engineering and housekeeping to meet guest needs.

Ideal candidates bring strong computer and cash handling skills, a sociable personality, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Formación

• Requires excellent computer and cash handling skills.
• Must present sociable, outgoing, guest-service oriented behavior.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk functions including PBX Operator, Guest Service Agent, and Reservationists.
• Train new Guest Service Agents; learn how to post charges and know room rates.
• Coordinate with Engineering on maintenance requests and with Housekeeping on guest rooms and requests.
• Support staffing by assisting in weekly scheduling and time-card documentation.
• Handle special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances.
