Job summary

San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center seeks a friendly CoCondominium Concierge to welcome condominium guests and provide outstanding service throughout their stay.

You will register arriving guests, handle payments, settle balances, respond to inquiries about local entertainment, and assist other departments to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit. A high school diploma and prior high-volume customer service are required, with hotel front desk experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-volume customer service.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional guest service to guests and visitors.
• Register arriving guests and collect payment information.
• Settle balances for departing guests and handle cash drawer.
• Answer guest inquiries about entertainment and attractions.
• Print routine reports and assist in training staff.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Assist other departments as needed to satisfy guests.
• Refer guests to appropriate personnel if issues arise.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
