Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott East Peoria is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join our team. This full-time, on-site role requires a friendly, team-oriented individual who can work the 3–11 pm shift, including weekends.

You will manage reservations, assist guests, answer calls, and help with check-ins/outs while maintaining a high level of service. Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
