Job summary

My Place Hotel – Bismarck is seeking a dependable Guest Service Representative to support front desk operations and deliver a welcoming, professional experience for every guest. You will assist guests from reservations to departure, handling check-ins, check-outs, and accurate guest charges, including room rates, taxes, and incidental purchases.

The role includes light housekeeping support, phone duties, cash handling, shift paperwork, and occasional night audit assistance.
