Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Casino - Bossier City, La. is seeking a front desk/customer service associate to check guests in and out with professionalism, handle cash and folios, and respond to guest requests.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or office setting preferred.
• Computer literate with capability in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Checks in and checks out guests while providing the highest level of professional and courteous customer service.
• Maintains an operating bank, including receiving payments and processing charges.
• Posts charges, settles folios, groups, and due outs; communicates with supervisor and housekeeping.

• Answers, records, and processes guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Contacts appropriate departments to resolve guest requests.

• Maintains knowledge of hotel , casino , outlet , and community events.
• Answers, records, and processes all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve customer’s requests.
• Reviews memos and documents pertinent information.
• Recruit's assistance of hotel manager in unique situations.
