A leading company in hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing information about hotel services, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background and be comfortable working flexible hours.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our hotel’s vision, mission, and core values.
Responsibilities
$13 - $15 hourly
