Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they receive a positive and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
