Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
  2. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
  3. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately.
  4. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
  5. Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
  2. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  3. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  4. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
  5. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
Compensation:

$16+ an hour
