Qualifications

• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests quickly.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette, transfer calls and take messages.
• Post and reconcile charges on guest receipts with accuracy.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork across departments.
