Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Seattle to lead the front desk team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and act as the first impression for arriving guests. You will supervise staff, coach and schedule shifts, and ensure smooth operations across all guest interactions.

You will manage guest requests, handle cash procedures, and coordinate with other departments to meet needs in a fast-paced hotel environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, coaching and scheduling for the front office team.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously during all shifts.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure front desk checklists and programs are followed and daily work is error-free.
• Follow cash handling procedures and post/reconcile charges to guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
