Cambria Plymouth, operated by Giri Hotels, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent. This part-time role in Plymouth, MA handles guest registration, reservations, and local area guidance.

You will be the first point of contact and ensure a memorable stay while working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, English proficiency, and a willingness to learn new tech platforms.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in a related position.
• Must work onsite at the hotel location.
• Part Time 24-32 hours/week with flexible shifts.
• Minimum 1 year of hotel experience is required.
• Proficient in English and willing to learn new platforms.
• Ability to stand at front desk for long periods.
• Able to lift/push up to 50 lbs and work independently.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration, reservations, and inquiries.
• Welcome guests, check-in/out, and issue room keys.
• Process payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate shift information to next team and supervisor.
• Explain local amenities and assist with special requests.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and assist other departments as needed.
