Giri Hotels is hiring a Guest Service Agent for Cambria Plymouth in Plymouth, MA. This full-time role involves guest registration, reservations, and providing local area information to ensure a memorable stay.

You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, payments, and guest inquiries while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of employment in a related position.
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location.
• Full Time 32-40 hours per week with flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain hotel amenities.
• Take payment and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner.
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests.
• Ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment.
